Home Office Stipend - Your office is home and home is your office - you deserve a space that makes you feel happy, comfortable and productive. Every employee will receive a one-time $750 reimbursement towards their home office.
Wifi Stipend - We live in a remote world and we heavily rely on Slack, Discord, etc., we want to help you towards your internet costs. Each employee will receive $75/monthly in their paycheck to go towards this.
Wellness Stipend - We encourage you to use this monthly stipend for anything that contributes to your overall well being! Each employee will receive $75/monthly in their paycheck. No catch - nothing to turn in, just be your best self.
Unlimited PTO - Unlimited time off, you say? We believe in responsibility and every employee should be given the autonomy to manage their own workload, and take vacation/personal days whenever they need to.
Holidays- On top of Unlimited PTO we observe 10 Holidays - and we mean it, enjoy the time off.
Work Wherever and However - As David Byrne said, "I'll find a City, find myself a City to live in." At Flipside you can live wherever you want - hell hop in your Airstream and travel all the time if that's where you'll be at your best.
Medical & Dental & Vision- We offer employees and their dependents access to coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. We currently cover 70% of the premium costs for medical/dental. We cover 100% of the premiums for vision.
Short Term/Long Term Disability - We hope you never find yourself in a situation you can't work from an injury or whatnot - in the event this happens, we offer both Short Term and Long Term disability. Peace of mind we hope helps you heal faster!
401K- Weโre all hopeful we can retire young and herd sheep. Or make huckleberry wine. As a backup plan, we also offer employees the ability to contribute their pre-tax earnings to a 401K plan.
HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) - What's an HRA? Darn good question. Simple: we pay half your deductible. Boom!
Employee Assistance (EAP)-From time to time we could all use some kind of support. Good news our employees and their family members will be eligible for confidential low to no cost- around-the-clock access to professional clinicians, unlimited consultations, education and support for work/life concerns.
